If your Scout is in kindergarten, or age 6, they can join our brand new Lion Den!
Lions can wear the official Lion t-shirt and hat with optional yellow neckerchief, or they may opt for the traditional blue Cub Scout uniform shirt with the yellow neckerchief and slide.
To earn their Lion rank badge, which they can proudly wear on their uniform shirt, a Lion must complete the following adventures:
Lion's Honor
Animal Kingdom
King of the Jungle
Fun on the Run
Mountain Lions
The Lion program encourages parents to work closely with the den and for parents to take turns leading a meeting, but don't worry, you're not "thrown to the lions". Our Cubmaster and other Den Leaders are very eager to assist you and help you have you and your Scout have the best possible experience.
